Refund Policy

As a general rule, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds.

Htmldrag is a digital service that gives you access to paid features immediately after payment and incurs non-recoverable costs once those features are made available or used. For that reason, we apply a strict No Refund Policy to most Pro or Pro Max subscriptions, standalone credit or points purchases, and other virtual entitlements, except where required by law or as described below.

Why We Generally Do Not Offer Refunds

Immediate access: Once payment is confirmed, you typically receive access to paid features, higher limits, or other purchased benefits right away.

Non-recoverable costs: Use of the platform, including AI content generation usage, rendering, exports, and storage, creates real costs for us that cannot be reversed.

Free available: We offer a Free and encourage you to try the service first to confirm it fits your needs before making a purchase.

Situations That Are Not Eligible for Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds in the following situations:

You changed your mind after purchase.

Pro or Pro Max subscriptions, billing periods, credits, points, or other virtual entitlements that have been purchased are generally non-refundable, whether they were used, partially used, or not used at all.

The purchase resulted from user error, an accidental purchase, or a failure to review the product description, scope, or pricing terms, and the charge was not caused by a billing error or an unauthorized transaction on our side.

The service was delivered substantially as described, but you were dissatisfied based on personal preference, subjective expectations, or a mismatch between your preferred workflow and the product.

The issue was caused by your own device, browser setup, network conditions, or limitations imposed by a third-party platform, rather than a verified fault in Htmldrag itself.

Subscription Billing and Renewal Terms

Our paid service is offered through Pro and Pro Max subscriptions, with the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Pro and Pro Max are subscription services. Subscriptions generally renew on the selected billing cycle. The renewal cycle, charge timing, and cancellation options are shown at checkout, in your account, or by the payment provider. You can manage or turn off renewal according to the applicable platform rules.

Except where required by law or under the terms of a payment provider or Merchant of Record partner, we generally do not issue refunds for the current or any prior purchased billing period.

Special Circumstances and Legal Rights

We understand that exceptional situations can happen. While normal usage is generally not refundable, we may review certain cases individually, including the following:

A verified technical problem on our side prevented you from reasonably using the service you purchased, and we were unable to provide a timely fix or workable solution.

A clear billing or payment error resulted in an unintended duplicate charge.

How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

If you believe your situation qualifies under the special circumstances above, or if mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you give you a refund right:

We will review your request within a reasonable timeframe and generally aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we may suspend your account while the matter is under review. Chargebacks may also result in additional processing costs and, where appropriate, account termination.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you. If those rules entitle you to a refund or other remedy, those rights will prevail.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will normally submit it for processing within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or third-party Merchant of Record and may take additional time.

For purchases processed by a third-party Merchant of Record such as Paddle, any refund will be handled in accordance with that provider's buyer terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
