Because Htmldrag is a digital service that provides immediate access to paid features and incurs non-recoverable costs (such as computation and storage) when used, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for most subscriptions and credit or points purchases, except where required by law or as described below.
Why We Generally Do Not Offer Refunds
Immediate Access: You typically receive instant access to paid features or increased quotas as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Irreversible Costs: Usage of the platform (for example, AI-assisted operations, rendering, exports, or storage) generates real and non-recoverable costs for us.
Free Plan Available: We provide a free plan so that you can evaluate the Service before deciding whether to make a purchase.
Cases That Are Not Eligible for Refunds
We generally do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Unused or partially used credits, points, or subscription time.
Accidental purchases where the service has already been made available.
Dissatisfaction with the Service when the features have functioned as advertised. Please use the free plan first to determine whether the Service meets your needs.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period:
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
We generally do not issue refunds for the current or past billing periods, except where required by law or under the terms of a payment or Merchant-of-Record partner.
Special Circumstances and Legal Rights
We understand that exceptional situations may occur. While we do not offer refunds for normal usage (for example, when credits have been used or the Service has been actively consumed), we may review the following types of cases on an individual basis:
A verified technical issue on our side that prevents you from reasonably using the Service you purchased, and where we cannot provide a timely fix or workaround.
A clear billing or payment error that resulted in unintended duplicate charges.
