Terms of Service
Welcome to Htmldrag. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Htmldrag.
1. The Service
Htmldrag is an online editing and content-processing service. Depending on product updates, the service may include some or all of the following:
- Online visual HTML editing.
- Content processing through upload, paste, import, or snapshot workflows.
- Export, download, preview, and sharing features.
- AI-assisted generation, transformation, optimization, and parsing features.
- Document, image, and attachment understanding or structured conversion features.
- Membership, credits, quotas, history, and account-management features.
We may change, improve, limit, interrupt, or discontinue parts of the service for product, operational, security, legal, or business reasons.
2. Accounts and Security
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and keep your account credentials, verification codes, and other access methods secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly.
We may require email verification, verification-code checks, identity confirmation, or other security steps where needed for abuse prevention, platform security, compliance, or account recovery.
3. Third-Party Sign-In and Abuse Prevention
You may be able to sign in through third-party providers such as Google, GitHub, Microsoft, or similar services. When you do, your use of those sign-in options is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider. We may also use reCAPTCHA or similar anti-abuse tools to protect registration, sign-in, and sensitive account actions.
4. Memberships, Credits, and Payments
We may offer free features, paid memberships, credits, points, usage bundles, or other paid entitlements. Paid memberships are currently sold on a one-time basis for a specific plan duration (for example, monthly, quarterly, or annual) and do not renew automatically unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. Pricing, included benefits, duration, and any applicable conditions are described on the checkout page, pricing page, or other purchase flow shown at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or Merchant of Record services, such as Paddle or Creem. You agree to comply with the applicable checkout, billing, tax, and refund rules of the provider handling your transaction. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your Content and the Permission You Grant Us
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in the content you upload, edit, generate, or export. To operate the service, however, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, host, process, transform, display, export, and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, handle complaints, and comply with law.
6. Your Responsibility for Content
You represent and warrant that the content you upload, import, paste, edit, parse, generate, or share:
- Is content you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use.
- Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights of any third party.
- Does not violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, or contractual obligations that apply to you.
If you process content from a third-party website, webpage structure, screenshot, HTML source, document, or other material, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to do so. You may not bypass access controls, technical protections, paywalls, or similar restrictions.
7. AI Feature Disclaimer
The service may include AI-assisted generation, transformation, parsing, or similar assistive features. You understand and agree that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated or AI-processed output.
- We do not guarantee that AI outputs are fit for legal, financial, medical, commercial, or other high-stakes purposes.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, phishing, or harmful conduct.
- Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or other destructive material.
- Bypass permissions, quota limits, rate limits, anti-abuse measures, or security controls.
- Run bulk automated activity, scraping, or excessive load that disrupts the platform.
- Upload, share, or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Exploit refunds, promotions, credits, trials, or billing rules in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
9. Public Sharing Links
If you enable sharing, your work or part of its content may become accessible through a public link. Public pages may display the title, author nickname, avatar, view count, like count, or other share-related information. You are responsible for deciding whether shared content is appropriate to make available to others and for the consequences of doing so.
We may restrict, disable, or remove a public link in response to user reports, intellectual property complaints, safety concerns, maintenance needs, legal obligations, or other reasonable operational grounds.
10. Storage, Deletion, and Account Closure
To provide autosave, history, export, and sharing functions, your content may be stored within our systems. When you delete content, we remove or stop displaying the relevant content from active systems according to product rules.
Account closure requires identity verification and enters a deletion grace period. The current default grace period is 30 days, unless a different period is shown on the page or configured in the system at that time. During the grace period, account access may be restricted, public sharing may be disabled, and related in-progress tasks may be cancelled. After the grace period ends, we delete or anonymize account profile data, works, and related business data in active systems according to our rules. Some backup, cached, or residual copies may remain for a limited period where needed for recovery, security, dispute handling, financial compliance, or legal obligations, and are removed in the normal cleanup cycle.
11. Suspension, Changes, and Termination
We may suspend, limit, change, or terminate all or part of the service due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, security risks, abuse signals, payment irregularities, your violation of these Terms, or other reasonable business or operational needs. Where practical, we will try to give notice, but advance notice may not be possible in urgent security, compliance, or force majeure situations.
12. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content available through the service infringes your rights, please email [email protected] with enough detail for us to review the claim, including relevant URLs, your contact information, and an explanation of the rights you believe are affected.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for your specific purposes, or that AI output, attachment parsing results, or third-party integrations will always remain available. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for your own business, technical, and legal risk when using the service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. For any claim arising out of or related to the service, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, business developments, legal requirements, or platform governance needs. Updated versions become effective when posted or on the date stated in the updated version. If a change is material, we may highlight it on the relevant page or in the service flow.
