Terms of Service
By accessing or using Htmldrag (the "Service"), operated by htmldrag.com ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is an online visual HTML editor that allows you to capture or import content (for example by URL snapshot, file upload, or code paste), optionally use AI-assisted starting layouts, edit visually, and export or share the results.
Features, authentication methods, and available plans may vary by region or deployment (for example, an international version versus a mainland China version).
We enforce storage and usage quotas (such as total storage, per-item size, and item counts) based on your plan or role. Your current limits are shown in your account or billing area.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service (including but not limited to software, user interface design, documentation, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to htmldrag.com.
Your Content remains yours; we claim no ownership over it. Using the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service itself.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by law or with our written authorization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Keep your password and access tokens confidential.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and when updating your profile. We may require verification (for example, email verification) to secure your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly so we can help protect your account and data.
4. Plans, Credits, and Payments
We may offer a free plan and paid plans (for example, Pro or VIP tiers). Certain actions may consume credits or points (for example, AI-assisted generation, exports, or intensive processing).
Pricing, billing cycles, included quotas, and plan features are described at checkout and/or on our pricing page. We may change prices or plan features in the future, but changes will not retroactively affect completed billing periods.
Payments and applicable taxes/VAT may be handled by third-party payment providers, including providers acting as a Merchant-of-Record ("MoR"). When your order is processed by such a provider, your purchase is also subject to that provider's checkout or buyer terms and any non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, paste, capture, or create using the Service ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide features you choose to use (such as backups, history, and sharing).
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and to grant us this license, and that Your Content does not violate applicable law or any third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Sites and Permissions
If you capture or edit HTML or assets originating from third-party websites or services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:
You have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content.
Your use complies with the terms, policies, and technical restrictions of the third-party site.
You do not circumvent paywalls, access controls, or other security or technical protection measures.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Publish, host, or distribute malware, phishing pages, deceptive or impersonation pages, scams, or content that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
Harass, threaten, or incite violence against individuals or groups, or post hate speech, extreme adult content, or other abuse.
Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls, or to probe or attack our infrastructure.
Upload highly sensitive personal data (such as government ID numbers or financial account numbers) unless it is strictly necessary and lawful to do so and appropriate safeguards are in place.
8. Sharing and Public Links
When you enable sharing for a project or document, its content may become accessible to anyone with the link. Consider this before enabling sharing.
We may display warnings or safety banners on shared pages and allow users to report abuse. We may limit or disable sharing for content that we reasonably consider abusive, illegal, or otherwise high-risk.
We may remove or restrict content or links where required to comply with law, regulatory requests, or court orders, or to protect users and the Service.
9. Content Storage and Deletion
We store Your Content to provide the Service, including features such as autosave, history, and backups.
If you delete content or your account, we will remove it from active systems within a reasonable period. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited retention period and will be purged in the normal backup cycle.
We may retain certain records (for example, billing records or security logs) as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account closure.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any part of it) if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create security risks, fail to pay fees when due, or where we are legally required to do so.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will try to notify you of the reason for suspension or termination and, if possible, provide a way to export your content before access is permanently revoked.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
